2. What data we process
- Contact form: your name, email, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Direct contact: any data you give us when you email or call us.
- Technical data: like any website, the server hosting this site logs technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security purposes.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To manage our relationship if you hire our services: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Website security (technical logs): our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your data, and we do not use it to send you advertising without your consent.
4. How long we keep it
We keep the data from your enquiry for as long as needed to deal with it. If we do not end up working together, we delete it within 12 months at the latest. If you hire our services, we keep it for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for commercial and tax records).
5. Who can access your data
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use the following providers, who act as data processors:
- Formspree, Inc. (United States), which receives contact form messages and forwards them to us by email. This international transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Our web hosting provider, which runs the server and its technical logs.
- Our email provider, through which we receive and reply to your messages.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by emailing info@smartpixel.es. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and does not use a database. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
8. Children
The website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send us any personal data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
